Ex-Parker alum trumpeter Rodney and his all-star support blow up a storm on the six varied selections. With Tommy Flanagan on piano, Ira Sullivan on tenor sax and second trumpet, Oscar Pettiford's bass, and Philly Joe Jones and Elvin Jones splitting time behind the drums.
