Returns Policy If any item purchased from Audio Basics Inc. is shipped with a manufacture defect, please return item for exchange within 30 days of purchase. If item is no longer available such as a music title, we will offer a credit exchange of equal value to a new purchase purchase. We cannot be responsible for musical taste satisfaction, as we clearly list the manufacture, artist, title, and tracks of all items listed on our website.

Although it's rare, we cannot be responsible for shipping damage or unreasonable delays when shipping small parcel air or surface, for those services although very economical, are not quaranteed and have no tracking numbers. The worst experience we generally have with those services are delays. We ship with high quality custom boxes and inserts, of heavy weight cardboard to best protect your purchase.
